How much is shipping?
Shipping is included for all products EXCEPT for those that are fulfilled by Printful.
Printful’s shipping costs for mugs:
USA – $6.99, Additional product – $4
EUROPE – $5.49, Additional product $1.65
EFTA STATES – $10.99, Additional product $1.65
CANADA – $8.99, Additional product – $5
AUSTRALIA / NZ – $8.99, Additional product – $4
JAPAN – $8.99, Additional product – $4
WORLDWIDE – $8.99, Additional product – $4
Do you allow returns/exchanges?
Unfortunately, I cannot accommodate returns and exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order arriving damaged or incorrect, I’d be happy to replace it. If there is an issue with your Printful order arriving damaged or incorrect, I will replace it AND cover the shipping cost. Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, I cannot ship physical products internationally at this time — other than items fulfilled by Printful. I am working on the ability to ship internationally in the future. And of course, digital downloads are available for everyone!
